Description :

We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer who can create intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing digital experiences across both web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong front-end development capabilities combined with expertise in modern design practices and user experience methodologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teamsincluding product managers, developers, and stakeholdersto translate business goals and user needs into effective design solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

UI Development :

- Build responsive, high-performance interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).

- Work efficiently with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue to develop dynamic, component-based UI architectures.

- Utilize CSS preprocessors like SASS or LESS to write optimized and maintainable stylesheets.

- Implement UI components using popular frameworks such as Bootstrap, Material UI, or similar libraries.

- Ensure designs are compatible across browsers and devices, delivering a seamless experience.

UI/UX Design :

- Create high-fidelity mockups, wireframes, user flows, and prototypes using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision.

- Develop and maintain scalable design systems aligned with best-practice frameworks such as Material Design, Carbon Design, or Fluent UI.

- Ensure adherence to accessibility principles (WCAG) to build inclusive user experiences.

User Experience & Research :

- Translate business requirements and user research findings into intuitive interactions and visually engaging designs.

- Utilize UX analytics tools like Hotjar, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc. to understand user behavior and identify optimization opportunities.

- Conduct usability evaluations, A/B testing, and gather user feedback to iterate and improve design solutions.

Collaboration & Delivery :

- Work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and maintain design consistency across platforms.

- Participate in requirement discussions and brainstorming sessions, providing creative inputs and UX insights.

- Deliver pixel-perfect design assets and collaborate with front-end developers for implementation.

- Maintain documentation for design patterns, guidelines, and user workflows.

Must-Have Skills :

- Strong expertise in UI/UX design principles, visual hierarchy, color theory, typography, and layout systems.

- Ability to convert complex workflows into simple, user-friendly solutions.

- Hands-on experience with responsive and mobile-first design.

- Solid understanding of user research methodologies, persona creation, and usability testing.

- Strong communication and presentation skills to justify design decisions backed by data and user insights.
