Role Overview :
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and product-focused UI/UX Designer to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in designing SaaS platforms, dashboard-driven applications, and workflow-based systems with a user-first approach. This role requires strong Figma expertise, independent problem-solving ability, and deep understanding of modern UI/UX practices. The candidate will work closely with developers, product stakeholders, and business teams to design seamless digital experiences across multiple user roles and panels within our platform ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design intuitive, modern, and user-friendly interfaces for web platforms, dashboards, and internal systems.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma.
- Design and optimize multi-user dashboards and workflow-based interfaces for different user roles.
- Understand business operations and translate workflows into seamless user experiences.
- Build and maintain scalable design systems and reusable UI components.
- Ensure UI consistency, accessibility, responsiveness, and responsiveness across products.
- Work closely with frontend developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Conduct UX improvements based on user behavior, usability insights, and business requirements.
- Create interactive prototypes, transitions, and micro-interactions where needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, tech, operations, and management.
- Continuously improve product usability, user journeys, and visual experience.
- Stay updated with modern UI/UX trends, SaaS product patterns, and design best practices.
Requirements :
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in UI/UX Design for SaaS products, web applications, or dashboard-based platforms.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, auto-layouts, and component-based design.
- Proven experience designing dashboards, CRM systems, admin panels, or workflow-driven platforms.
- Strong UX thinking with the ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive user experiences.
- Strong portfolio showcasing product design, SaaS platforms, dashboards, or role-based applications.
- Experience working in startup or product-based environments with fast-paced execution.
- Good understanding of design systems, reusable components, and scalable UI practices.
- Strong understanding of typography, spacing, color theory, layout systems, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and manage designs from concept to execution.
- Understanding of responsive design principles across desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms.
- Basic understanding of frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, Tailwind CSS, or component-based UI systems is a plus.
- Experience with animations, transitions, or interactive UI elements is an advantage.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail with a strong focus on usability, accessibility, and performance.
Preferred Candidate Profile :
- Candidates with product/company experience, over service-based agency-only experience will be preferred.
- Experience working on large-scale internal tools or multi-role systems is highly preferred.
- Ability to independently handle complete design ownership and collaborate efficiently with development teams.
- Candidates who can contribute strategically to product thinking and user experience improvements will have an added advantage.
