UI/UX Designer - Figma

Description :

- Design intuitive, engaging, and responsive user experiences for web and mobile applications

- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and business goals

- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, mockups, and design systems

- Conduct UX research, usability testing, and user journey analysis

- Simplify complex banking and financial workflows into seamless user experiences

- Ensure consistency across products through scalable design standards and UI guidelines

- Work within Agile/Scrum teams and participate in sprint planning and design reviews

- Translate functional requirements into elegant and accessible UI solutions

- Stay updated with latest UX trends, accessibility standards, and modern design practices

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8+ years of experience in UX/UI Design

- Strong experience in Banking, Financial Services, FinTech, or Insurance domain

- Expertise in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar

- Strong portfolio demonstrating enterprise application and product design capabilities

- Experience designing dashboards, workflows, customer journeys, and data-heavy applications

- Understanding of accessibility, responsive design, and usability principles

- Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration skills

- Experience working in Agile delivery environments

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with Design Systems and Component Libraries

- Exposure to user analytics and UX research methodologies

- Familiarity with frontend technologies such as HTML/CSS/JavaScript is an advantage

- Experience working with global teams and enterprise-scale products
