UI/UX Designer - Figma

About the Role :

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive, engaging, and accessible digital experiences. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design user-centered solutions, from concept to final implementation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications using Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD

- Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs

- Develop interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively

- Define and optimize user flows, journeys, and information architecture

- Conduct user research and usability testing to improve user experience

- Ensure designs meet accessibility standards, including WCAG guidelines

- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs

- Maintain and contribute to design systems and style guides

- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role

- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and/or Adobe XD

- Strong understanding of prototyping and interaction design

- Experience creating user flows, wireframes, and design systems

- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design principles

- Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills

- Attention to detail and a user-centric mindset

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with usability testing tools and methodologies

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes

- Experience designing for mobile-first and responsive platforms

- Knowledge of motion design or micro-interactions

- Portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects
