About the Role :

We are looking for a creative and versatile UI/UX Designer with 6 - 8 years of experience who can combine strong user experience, interface design, and visual/graphic design capabilities.

The ideal candidate should be passionate about creating digital experiences that are not only intuitive and functional but also visually engaging. You will work closely with product managers and developers to translate business and user requirements into high-quality digital experiences.

You should have strong hands-on expertise in Figma and experience working with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to understand business objectives, user requirements, and product needs.

- Design intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing digital product interfaces.

- Create high-quality UI/UX designs and prototypes using Figma.

- Develop user flows, wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs based on product requirements.

- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate and seamless implementation of approved designs.

- Review implemented interfaces and provide design feedback to ensure consistency with the intended user experience.

- Build, maintain, and evolve design systems, UI components, and pattern libraries.

- Ensure consistency in visual language, interaction patterns, typography, layouts, and overall brand experience across digital platforms.

- Contribute to marketing and brand initiatives by creating digital assets, web graphics, campaign creatives, and other visual content.

- Use Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator, to develop high-quality visual assets.

- Translate complex concepts and requirements into simple, intuitive, and engaging user experiences.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to incorporate feedback and continuously improve designs.

- Stay updated with emerging UI/UX, product design, visual design, and digital experience trends.

- Balance user needs, business objectives, technical feasibility, and visual quality while designing solutions.

Required Skills :

- 6 - 8 years of experience in UI/UX, Product Design, or a closely related role.

- Strong hands-on experience with Figma.

- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and design methodologies.

- Experience designing digital products, web applications, or SaaS/product interfaces.

- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, mockups, and high-fidelity designs.

- Strong knowledge of design systems and component libraries.

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator or equivalent Adobe Creative Suite tools.

- Strong visual design and graphic design skills.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders.

- Understanding of responsive design and modern web/mobile design principles.

- Strong attention to detail with a good eye for typography, layout, color, spacing, and visual hierarchy.

- Ability to communicate design decisions clearly and incorporate stakeholder feedback.

Preferred Profile :

- Candidates with experience in a product-based, SaaS, technology, or B2B environment would be preferred.

- Experience working on products involving analytics, employee experience, feedback platforms, dashboards, or data-driven applications would be an added advantage.
