Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces and creating seamless user experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to bring designs to life while ensuring the user experience is optimized for our customers.

As a UI/UX Designer, your primary goal will be to craft exceptional digital experiences that are both visually appealing and functionally effective, balancing user needs and business goals.

Key Deliverables:

User Research & Insights:

- Conduct user research (interviews, surveys, usability tests, etc.) to understand user needs, pain points, and behavior.

- Analyze data from user feedback and analytics tools to inform design decisions.

- Create user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to visualize user experiences and pain points.

UI/UX Design:

- Design user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications.

- Develop low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes for user flows, interactions, and designs.

- Create and maintain design systems, including typography, color schemes, UI components, and style guides.

- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment with technical specifications.

Usability Testing:

- Conduct usability tests to validate design concepts, iterate designs based on user feedback, and optimize the user experience.

- Implement design improvements based on A/B testing, user feedback, and analytics data.

Collaboration & Communication:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and marketers to deliver seamless user experiences.

- Communicate design concepts and ideas effectively to stakeholders and team members.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.

Design Handoff:

- Prepare design specifications and assets for development teams, ensuring smooth handoff of designs.

- Support the development process by reviewing and providing feedback on the implementation of designs.

Skills & Capabilities Required:

- Proven experience (X+ years) as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a portfolio showcasing design projects across web and mobile platforms.

- Strong proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, InVision, or Adobe Creative Suite.

- Understanding of HTML/CSS, front-end design constraints, and the ability to work closely with developers.

- Excellent knowledge of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and usability.

- Strong communication skills to articulate design decisions and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

- A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.

- Experience with responsive design and design systems.

- Familiarity with user research tools such as UsabilityHub, Optimal Workshop, or Hotjar.

- Understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

- Experience working on enterprise-level products or e-commerce platforms.

- Knowledge of motion design or interaction animation tools is a plus.
