Key Responsibilities:

User Experience Design:

- Gather and analyze business requirements, user needs, and product objectives to create intuitive and effective user experiences.

- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability evaluations to identify opportunities for product improvement.

- Develop user personas, customer journey maps, information architecture, and user flows.

- Design intuitive navigation structures and interaction models that enhance usability and engagement.

- Ensure a consistent and seamless user experience across multiple platforms and devices.

User Interface Design:

- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs for web and mobile applications.

- Design aesthetically appealing and functional user interfaces aligned with modern design standards.

- Develop responsive layouts optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

- Create visually engaging dashboards, forms, workflows, and interactive components.

- Maintain consistency in typography, color systems, spacing, iconography, and visual hierarchy.

Design Systems & Collaboration:

- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of design systems, UI libraries, and reusable design components.

- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning sessions, design reviews, and stakeholder discussions.

- Provide detailed design specifications, assets, and documentation to development teams.

- Work proactively with product owners and business teams to align design decisions with business goals.

Usability & Accessibility:

- Apply UX best practices to improve user satisfaction, efficiency, and product adoption.

- Ensure designs comply with accessibility standards and responsive design principles.

- Continuously evaluate user feedback and analytics to refine existing designs.

- Conduct usability testing and recommend improvements based on findings.

Continuous Improvement:

- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, design tools, technologies, and industry best practices.

- Explore innovative design approaches and interaction patterns.

- Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience:

- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.

- Proven experience designing responsive and user-centric digital products.

- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UI/UX design projects and problem-solving capabilities.

Technical Skills:

- Strong hands-on expertise in Figma (mandatory).

- Excellent understanding of UI design principles, usability, accessibility, and responsive design.

- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs.

- Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive design solutions.

- Basic working knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3 (mandatory).

- Familiarity with modern front-end development concepts and workflows including wireframes, user journeys, personas, or UX research and Figma designs.
