UI/UX Designer (1-3 Years Experience)

About the Role :

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 1-3 years of experience who is eager to create intuitive, user-centered digital experiences. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in design principles, a keen eye for aesthetics, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs

- Apply strong design principles including hierarchy, spacing, typography, and color theory

- Conduct basic user research and translate insights into design solutions

- Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders

- Maintain consistency using design systems and style guides

- Iterate designs based on feedback and usability testing

- Ensure designs are responsive and accessible

Requirements :

- 1-3 years of experience in UI/UX design

- Strong understanding of design principles (visual hierarchy, alignment, contrast, spacing, typography)

- Proficiency in Figma

- Basic knowledge of UX processes (user flows, personas, usability)

- Understanding of responsive design and mobile-first approach

- Good communication and teamwork skills

- Ability to take feedback positively and iterate quickly

Good to Have :

- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS

- Experience working on live projects or case studies

- Familiarity with design systems

- Understanding of accessibility standards

- Secondary skills in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
