Main Purpose :

The UI/UX Design Professional is a role within product development team, responsible for complex software design and delivering enterprise-grade solutions with a high level of design expertise. This position serves as a key role, guiding product development and acting as the primary point of contact for product design. You will be helping us transform one of our enterprise products from the ground up. Creativity and problem-solving skills with original, functional and intuitive user-friendly interfaces and flows will guild to products success. You will be collaborating with our product manager and developers to ensure a healthy feedback loop and smooth final hand-off to engineering.

Specific Responsibilities :

- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.

- Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks.

- Creating a design system by establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.

- Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement designs into practical solutions.

- Effectively present your designs to stakeholders

Skill Requirements :

Essential :

- Proven UI/UX design work experience of 5+ years.

- Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio.

- Solid experience in creating wireframes, user and process flows, and sitemap.

- Deep understanding of Google Material and Apple Flat design guidelines and principles.

- Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.

- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.

- Up to date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.

- Proficient in design software and design collaboration tools (e.g., Adobe XD, InVision, Figma).

- Experience working with web developers, project managers, strategists, and account handlers.

- Attention to details and consistency across designs
