We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Design Management Consultant to lead and drive user experience and interface design initiatives across digital products and platforms. The ideal candidate will combine strong UX strategy, design thinking, stakeholder management, and design leadership skills to create intuitive, consistent, and user-centric digital experiences.

The role involves working closely with product, technology, business, and design teams to understand user needs, translate business requirements into effective design solutions, and ensure high-quality design delivery across the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead UI/UX design initiatives from discovery and research through ideation, design, validation, and implementation.

- Understand business objectives, user requirements, and product goals to develop effective experience strategies.

- Conduct user research, interviews, usability studies, and competitive analysis to identify user needs and pain points.

- Translate research insights into user journeys, personas, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs.

- Define and maintain UX standards, design principles, and interaction patterns across products.

- Create intuitive, accessible, and visually consistent user interfaces for web and digital applications.

- Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, developers, architects, and QA teams throughout the product lifecycle.

- Facilitate design workshops, brainstorming sessions, design reviews, and stakeholder presentations.

- Develop high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively.

- Ensure designs are technically feasible and aligned with development constraints and business requirements.

- Work closely with engineering teams during implementation to ensure design intent and user experience are maintained.

- Review implemented experiences and identify opportunities for usability and visual improvements.

- Drive consistency through design systems, reusable components, UI guidelines, and interaction standards.

- Mentor and guide designers and contribute to the development of design best practices.

- Manage multiple design initiatives and ensure timely delivery of design milestones.

- Present design recommendations and rationale to senior stakeholders and business leadership.

- Track emerging UI/UX trends, tools, methodologies, and technologies and identify opportunities for innovation.

Required Skills :

- 5 - 10 years of experience in UI/UX design, product design, UX consulting, or a related field.

- Strong understanding of user-centered design and design thinking methodologies.

- Hands-on experience with UX research, information architecture, user journeys, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.

- Strong proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools.

- Experience creating high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes.

- Strong understanding of responsive web and mobile design principles.

- Knowledge of usability, accessibility, interaction design, and visual design principles.

- Experience working with design systems and reusable UI components.

- Strong understanding of design-development handoffs and collaboration with engineering teams.

- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and convert them into simple, intuitive user experiences.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience leading UI/UX initiatives for enterprise-scale digital products.

- Experience managing or mentoring a team of designers.

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum product development environments.

- Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams.

- Understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is an advantage.

- Experience defining and implementing enterprise design systems is preferred.
