UI Practice Head - React.js/AngularJS

Description :

- Establish UI engineering standards, frameworks, and best practices across projects.

- Evaluate emerging technologies and drive adoption of modern UI frameworks and tools.

- Build reusable UI components, design systems, and accelerators.

2) Technical Architecture & Delivery :

- Provide technical leadership across frontend and mobile development initiatives.

- Review architecture, code quality, performance, security, and scalability aspects.

- Guide teams on modern UI patterns including micro-frontends, PWAs, and responsive design.

3) Team Building & Mentorship :

- Build, mentor, and scale high-performing UI engineering teams.

- Coach senior engineers, leads, and architects on technical and leadership capabilities.

- Drive talent development, skill enhancement, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

4) Client & Stakeholder Engagement :

- Collaborate with clients, product teams, UX designers, and backend teams to define solutions.

- Participate in technical discussions, solution design, estimations, and pre-sales activities.

- Translate business requirements into robust UI architectures and technical solutions.

5) Governance & Quality :

- Define and enforce UI governance, coding standards, and review processes.

- Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.

- Drive performance optimization, accessibility, and security best practices.

Technical Skills & Expertise :

Web Technologies :

- Strong expertise in modern frontend frameworks : React, Angular, Vue.js, Next.js.

- Deep understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript.

- Experience with micro-frontends, PWAs, responsive and adaptive design.

- Integration with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.

Mobile Technologies :

- Experience in mobile application development using :

Native :

- iOS (Swift)

- Android (Kotlin/Java)

Cross-platform :

- React Native

- Flutter

- Ionic

- Experience in mobile architecture, performance optimization, and app deployment.

Architecture & Tools :

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and containerization.

- Familiarity with UI testing frameworks, performance tools, and monitoring solutions.

- Experience with design systems, UX/UI principles, and accessibility standards.

Leadership & Soft Skills :

- Strong leadership and people management capabilities.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client interaction skills.

- Ability to balance hands-on technical work with strategic and managerial responsibilities.

- Proven experience in building and scaling UI practices in product or service organizations.

Qualifications :

- 12+ years of experience in UI engineering with at least 46 years in leadership roles.

- Experience working in enterprise-scale or consumer-facing digital platforms.
