We are looking for a senior, hands-on UI leader with deep expertise in modern web and mobile frontend technologies to anchor and strengthen our UI practice. This role requires strong technical ownership, architecture expertise, and hands-on involvement in building high-performance, scalable, and secure frontend applications for both enterprise and consumer-facing platforms.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design, architect and implement next-generation web and mobile application architectures and automation solutions. Adherence with best practices and principles for the solutions delivered.

- Own and lead initiatives to define, design and implement web and mobile solutions which include reference architectures, estimates and costing

- Provide technical leadership, project guidance and business development in various UI area

- Be as a subject matter expert on UI best practices leveraging automation tools to the best

- Perform analysis and recommend best practices and emerging concepts in UI area

- Lead and grow a superior UI practice with technical talent resulting in high performing team of consultants with superior technical depth, and outstanding project execution skills.

- Work with peer engineering teams to collect technical requirements from partners and customers as input to web technology roadmaps

- Enable go to market strategies of sales team with UI solutions and thought leadership relevant to market demand.

- Responsible for career planning, development, review and appraisals of the UI practice

- Represent company in industry events, forums and negotiations related to UI.

- Nurture alliances and partnerships applicable to ensure success for the UI practice.

Qualifications :

- 10+ years experience working in modern Web Frontend & Mobile Technologies with knowledge of development

platforms and technology ecosystem including RWD, PWA, Microfrontends and Mobile applications.

- Experience in developing enterprise and consumer facing applications using React, Angular, NextJS, Node, iOS, Android, React Native etc.

- Experience with web and mobile applications Continuous Development /Deployment /Integration design and best practices

- Have a deep understanding of designing and developing frictionless customer experiences and understand how to apply them to design pragmatic solutions.

- Experienced in architecting and designing highly performant and secure application frontends both for web and mobile using best practices of performance, security and usability.

- Experienced in leveraging popular tools and frameworks for various web/mobile application lifecycle activities like functional testing, performance testing, security testing, debugging, monitoring etc.

- Experience with APIs with very good understanding of working REST, GraphQL, tRPC APIs.

- Good knowledge on architectural aspects of hosting frontends on hosting infrastructures like Vercel, Netlify and other cloud platforms.

- Experienced in leveraging and integrating frontends with popular CMS solutions (headless and headed) and Search solutions.
