We are scaling rapidly and need a Tech Project/Program Manager to drive execution, manage sprints, and collaborate with tech and business teams to enhance our Magento-based platform.

Role Overview :

As a Tech Project/Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end execution of technology initiatives, ensuring seamless coordination between stakeholders. You will oversee sprints, manage timelines, and ensure the effective implementation of Magento/Adobe Commerce-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, e-commerce technology, and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities :

Project & Sprint Management :

- Own and manage the tech roadmap, ensuring timely execution of sprints and releases

- Work closely with tech and business teams to gather requirements, define business needs, and document functional and technical specifications (BRD, FRD, SOW etc)

- Establish agile processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

- Identify bottlenecks, escalate issues, and drive resolution in collaboration with tech partners.

- Ensure proper documentation and tracking of project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.

- Act as the bridge between business, product, marketing, and tech teams.

- Ensure quality assurance (QA) and testing processes are adhered to before feature rollouts.

- Proficiently manage CRM systems to ensure accurate and timely updates of lead statuses in coordination with the sales team.

Magento & Adobe Commerce Experience :

- Work closely with developers to ensure best practices in Magento/Adobe Commerce implementation.

- Own and manage catalogue and pricing features on Magento

- Evaluate new features and extensions to enhance the e-commerce experience.

Required Qualifications :

- Engineering Graduate in the field of Computer Science or IT

- 2+ years of experience as a business analyst, preferably in e-commerce.

- Experience with Magento 2/Adobe Commerce, including platform management, extensions, and integrations is a huge plus

- Hands-on experience working with development teams and tech agencies in an agile setup

- Understanding of project management methodologies, particularly Scrum Use of project management systems, particularly JIRA/ASANA

- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with multiple priorities.
