TVS Next - Data & AI Lead - Azure Platform

Description :

- Design and own Azure based lakehouse architectures.

- Lead modernization from legacy ERP/OLTP systems to cloud native platforms.

- Build scalable batch & streaming data pipelines (including CDC).

- Define workloads across Databricks (DE + ML) and Snowflake (Analytics).

- Enable AI/ML pipelines, real time inference, and advanced analytics.

- Implement medallion architecture (Bronze / Silver / Gold).

- Drive data governance, security, lineage, and cost optimization.

- Lead and mentor a high performing data & AI engineering team.

- Collaborate with product owners, business leaders, and enterprise clients.

What We Seek In You :

- 10+ years in Data Engineering / Platform Engineering / AI Engineering.

- Strong hands on experience with:

- Azure (ADLS, ADF, Event Hub, Key Vault, Purview).

- Databricks (Spark, Delta Lake, MLflow).

- Snowflake (warehouse design, performance tuning, security).

- Proficiency in Python and SQL.

- Experience with CDC, streaming architectures, and MLOps.

- Solid understanding of distributed systems & cloud native design.
