Work Model : 6 days/week (Saturday WFH)

About Truva :

Role Summary :

You will work directly with founders and engineering to design both customer-facing journeys and internal intelligence tools.

This is a 0-1 product-building opportunity with strong ESOP upside.

Key Responsibilities :

- Build high-impact customer interfaces and internal dashboards

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and scalable design systems

- Improve user flows, information architecture, and interaction design

- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business teams

Required Skills :

- Strong portfolio of customer-facing digital products

- Expertise in Figma / Sketch

- Experience in Web & Mobile App UI design

- Strong understanding of UX research, usability, and interaction design

- Startup mindset with speed, ownership, and execution bias
