Description :

Seeking a Full Stack Engineer to help build a next-generation SaaS platform for commercial real estate loan servicing.

Work across the full tech stack- from intuitive UIs to scalable backend systems. Opportunity to solve challenging problems and contribute to a fast-growing fintech startup transforming the CRE industry

Key Responsibilities :

Frontend Development :

- Design and develop responsive, intuitive interfaces for loan servicers, lenders, and borrowers

- Create workflows for document upload, review, and approvals

- Develop real-time notifications and collaboration features

- Ensure accessibility, compatibility, and high performance across browsers/devices

Backend Development :

- Build scalable and secure RESTful APIs

- Develop multi-tenant architecture with role-based access control

- Create data-processing pipelines for loan documents & financial data

- Integrate with third-party APIs and services

Data & ML Integration :

- Build interfaces for AI-powered document extraction and risk analytics

- Implement monitoring and feedback loops for ML model performance

- Develop tools for reviewing and validating AI-generated insights

Platform & Infrastructure :

- Contribute to system architecture and technical design

- Participate in DevOps improvements and platform optimization

Required Qualifications :

- 3 - 5 years of professional software development experience

- Solid backend experience with .NET / C#

- Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server)

- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture

- Familiarity with Azure cloud services

- Experience with containerization/Kubernetes

- Proficient with Git and CI/CD pipelines

- Strong problem - solving and attention to detail

- Bachelors degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience building SaaS or fintech products

- Expertise in React + TypeScript

- Backend experience with Python/FastAPI or Node.js/Express

- Familiarity with NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB)

- Experience integrating ML models or AI features

- Knowledge of security and compliance standards

- Open-source contributions
