Role Summary :

The incumbent will lead SAP manufacturing modules to drive digital enablement across plant operations, ensuring seamless production planning, quality management, maintenance, and warehouse operations through SAP systems.

Key Responsibilities :

1. SAP Manufacturing Operations (Core) :

- Lead implementation, support, and optimisation of SAP manufacturing modules :

1. PP (Production Planning)

2. QM (Quality Management)

3. PM (Plant Maintenance)

4. WM/EWM (Warehouse Management)

- Ensure seamless execution of end-to-end manufacturing processes through SAP.

2. Plant Digitisation & Process Excellence :

- Drive digital transformation across shopfloor operations.

- Improve production efficiency, inventory accuracy, and process visibility.

- Enable real-time tracking of production, quality, and maintenance activities.

3. Business Process Integration :

- Ensure integration of manufacturing modules with :

1. Procurement (MM)

2. Finance (FICO)

3. Sales (SD)

- Eliminate process gaps between plant and enterprise systems.

4. Project Implementation & Enhancements :

- Lead SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollouts, and upgrades for plant modules.

- Drive continuous improvements and automation initiatives.

- Manage testing (UAT/SIT), deployment, and user adoption.

5. Plant Stakeholder Management :

- Collaborate with plant heads, production teams, and quality teams.

- Translate business requirements into SAP solutions.

- Ensure high user adoption and system utilisation.

6. Governance & Compliance :

- Ensure adherence to SAP governance, audit, and compliance standards.

- Maintain data integrity, master data governance, and process controls.

7. Vendor & Team Management :

- Manage SAP consultants and implementation partners.

- Lead functional teams across manufacturing modules.

- Ensure SLA adherence and delivery quality.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

- 10 to 15 years of experience in SAP manufacturing modules (PP, QM, PM, WM/EWM).

- Strong exposure to manufacturing/plant environments.

- Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation and integration.

- Proven leadership in managing cross-functional plant teams.
