About Department :

The Data Intelligence Group is the Data & Analytics arm of TresVista. The department's sole objective is to provide analytical solutions and support to the clients so that they can take data-driven decisions. Broadly, we provide comprehensive solutions across Data Engineering, Data Visualization, Automation, and AI/ML- based solutions.

Role Overview :

TresVista is looking to hire an Associate in its Data Intelligence Group team. This role is perfect for a candidate eager to learn and drive end-to-end development solutions from an offshore perspective.

The associate would be joining the current team of 70, which is a mix of data engineers, data visualization specialists, AI experts, and data scientists.

Key Role Deliverables :

- Extensive hands-on experience in Data Science (ML, Deep Learning) and Gen AI using Python

- Experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies like Agile

- Strong experience of Cloud Platform (AWS/Azure) and solution designing

- Experience with visualization tools - Tableau/Power BI/Qlik

- Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining complex enterprise applications

- Proficient Communication Skills, High Quantitative ability, and Analytical skills

- Experience with modern SDLC tools - Git/Bit Bucket, JIRA/Trello - is a plus

Prerequisites :

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

- Experience in the analytics domain will be an added plus

- Experience leading small-to-medium technical teams and managing project deliverables

- Strong understanding of relational databases (SQL), and web technologies

Experience :

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field. MBA or Masters would be preferable.
