Job Overview :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. This role involves gathering and analyzing data across various business functions, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting strategic decision-making through effective reporting and business insights. Key Responsibilities :

- Gather, interpret, and analyze data to derive business insights and track KPIs across departments.

- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, finance, and technology teams to drive data-driven decisions.

- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.

- Conduct market and competitor analysis to support strategic planning and proposals.

- Document business processes, workflows, and functional requirements for technical teams.

- Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend process enhancements.

- Support business case development and proposal evaluations.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data modeling).

- Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

- Strong understanding of business process documentation and requirement gathering techniques.

- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and balance competing priorities.
