Consultant Retail Insights

Role Overview :

We are seeking a Consultant with strong expertise in Retail Insights and hands-on experience across OBIEE, and BI Apps with Retail modules. The role requires strong analytical capability and solid understanding of retail data flows and reporting structures.

Key Responsibilities :

- Deliver Retail Insights solutions using OBIEE, and BI Applications with Retail modules.

- Work on pre-built reports, packages, interfaces, and batches for Oracle Retail Merchandising, and Customer Insights.

- Design and enhance RPD components including Physical, Logical, and Presentation layers.

- Develop dashboards, reports, KPIs, dashboard prompts, and scheduled agents.

- Conduct testing, validation, troubleshooting, and deployment across environments.

- Provide technical and functional support on Oracle MFCS, SIOCS, RICS, and POM.

- Partner with business stakeholders to translate reporting requirements into deliverables.

- Resolve data, integration, metadata, and performance issues.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 6+ years of experience in Retail Insights, OBIEE, and BI Apps with Retail modules.

- Must have implementation experience on Cloud.

- Strong understanding of Oracle Retail data models and subject areas.

- Hands-on expertise in RPD design, configuration, and migration.

- Proven delivery experience in dashboards, reports, KPIs, and analytics components.

- Good knowledge of Oracle MFCS, SIOCS, RICS, and POM.

- Strong SQL and data modeling proficiency.
