Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Architecture professional to support day-to-day EA activities, maintain the Architecture Repository, and improve the accuracy and quality of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB). The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of Enterprise Architecture concepts, architecture documentation, repository management, and governance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support day-to-day Enterprise Architecture activities and repository maintenance.

- Maintain and improve the quality and accuracy of architecture-related data.

- Support ServiceNow CMDB setup, configuration data quality, and architecture repository management.

- Assist in documenting application landscapes, systems, technology components, and their relationships.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to collect, validate, and maintain architecture information.

- Support architecture governance, standards, compliance, and reporting activities.

Required Skills:

- 5 - 10 years of relevant experience in Enterprise Architecture or a closely related domain.

- Good understanding of Enterprise Architecture principles, frameworks, and documentation.

- Experience with architecture repositories, application inventories, and technology landscapes.

- Understanding of CMDB concepts, Configuration Items (CIs), relationships, and data quality.

- ServiceNow CMDB and/or Architecture Repository experience is highly preferred.

- Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Candidate:

A hands-on EA professional who can help establish and maintain a well-structured, accurate, and reliable CMDB and Architecture Repository.
