Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Regional Technical Manager (RTM) for South India who will be responsible for dual roles acting as an enterprise consulting lead and as a technical lead for Named ISP or Hospitality accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in networking technologies, excellent client engagement skills, and proven experience in large-scale deployments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Act as a technical lead for Named ISP/Telco or Hospitality accounts, offering preand post-sales support.

- Training & Certification and product demonstrations, POCs, and technical presentations for customers and partners.

- Drive and support large-scale network rollouts involving switching, wireless, and routing.

- Troubleshoot technical issues and perform root cause analysis to resolve complex problems.

- Build and nurture relationships with key customers, system integrators, and channel partners in the region.

- Closely work with post sales team to lead Escalation for Key accounts.

- Collaborate with internal sales, product, and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and success.

- Represent the company in industry forums, partner events, and customer roadshows.

Key Skills & Competencies :

- Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.

- In-depth familiarity with products from networking Brand / vendors like Cisco, HP, Netgear, D-Link, Ruckus, Aruba, Huawei , TPLink.

- Experience in handling large-scale deployments in enterprise, ISP, or hospitality segments.

- Strong communication and public speaking/presentation skills (must-have).

- Team leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
