Role Overview :

As a Solution Architect at Tonik Financial India, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and robust solutions that power our digital banking platform. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into well-defined architectural blueprints. Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring our systems are aligned with industry best practices and capable of supporting our ambitious growth plans. You will be based in Chennai.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and document end-to-end solution architectures that meet business requirements, considering scalability, security, performance, and maintainability.

- Collaborate with product managers and business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical specifications.

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams during the development and implementation phases.

- Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies and platforms, including cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud Platform), APIs, and other relevant tools.

- Ensure adherence to architectural principles, coding standards, and security best practices across all projects.

- Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges associated with solution design and implementation.

- Conduct proof-of-concepts and prototypes to validate architectural designs and technology choices.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements, and proactively identify opportunities to improve our systems and processes.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design and implement complex system architectures, considering scalability, security, and performance.

- Proven expertise in cloud technologies, specifically AWS and/or Google Cloud Platform.

- Strong understanding of API design principles and experience with API management platforms.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

- Experience in the fintech industry is a plus.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
