Job Title : Senior React Native Developer

About the Job :

We are looking for an experienced React Native Mobile Developer to design, build, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and performant cross-platform mobile applications.

This role requires strong expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript, React Native, and mobile application architecture, along with hands-on experience integrating third-party services, native modules, and backend APIs.

Job Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences

- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and responsiveness

- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues to ensure high quality and stability

- Implement state management solutions using Redux, MobX, or Context API

- Integrate backend services using RESTful APIs and GraphQL

- Work with native modules and third-party integrations such as Firebase, Stripe, and Google Maps

- Stay updated with the latest technologies, frameworks, and mobile development best practices

Preferred Experience and Qualifications :

1. Bachelors or Masters Degree in computer science/ Statistics/ Data Science/ Engineering

2. 5+ years of hands-on experience in mobile application development using React Native

3. Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript with hands-on experience in state management solutions (Redux, MobX, Context API) and a solid understanding of React Navigation, deep linking, and the mobile application lifecycle

4. Familiarity with native build tools such as Xcode and Android Studio

5. Hands-on experience integrating backend services using RESTful APIs and GraphQL, along with expertise in Firebase services, push notifications, analytics tools, and strong knowledge of mobile security best practices and authentication mechanisms (OAuth, JWT, etc.)

6. Experience working on fintech or digital banking projects is mandatory, with hands-on exposure to payments (UPI), fintech products, and credit risk models

7. Proven expertise in debugging, performance optimization, and deploying applications to Google Play Store and Apple App Store

8. Good understanding of Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems such as Git

9. Above all, I must be a great team player and proactive communicator. This is a Table Stake Criteria!!!
