We are looking for a skilled Technical Lead (Drupal) who will be responsible for leading the development, customization, and implementation of Drupal-based applications.

The role requires strong technical expertise in Drupal, leadership capabilities, and hands-on experience in managing end-to-end project delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of complex Drupal websites and applications.

- Architect and implement Drupal modules, themes, and custom functionalities.

- Perform website updates, upgrades, and migrations on Drupal 8, 9, 10 or 11 platforms.

- Analyze requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.

- Optimize website performance, security, and scalability.

- Ensure adherence to coding standards, architecture guidelines, and documentation practices.

- Lead troubleshooting, debugging, and enhancement activities.

- Create, modify, and debug standards-compliant HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

- Commit code using the Git version control system.

- Integrate third-party services and APIs as required.

- Support in planning sprints, estimating tasks, and managing technical deliverables.

- Stay updated with the latest Drupal trends, technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications :

- Masters or bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Minimum 8+ years of Drupal development experience (Drupal 7/8/9/10), with at least 2-3 years in a lead or senior role.

- Strong expertise in Drupal 7/8/9/10/11, including custom module development and theming.

- Experience with Drupal APIs, Composer, Twig, and Drupal configuration management.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound technical decisions.

- Must have knowledge of upgrading Drupal from 7/8 to Drupal 10.

- Experience with Drupal site migrations and upgrades.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Preferred Skills :

- Knowledge of Acquia or Pantheon hosting platforms.

- Good to have knowledge of migrations.

- Working knowledge of CSS and JavaScript.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing tools.

- Drupal certification or equivalent experience is a plus.

- Understanding of ISO Standards: Knowledge of relevant ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, 27001 and 27701) and their application in the workplace.
