TM1 Developer/Consultant - IBM Planning Analytics

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain TM1 models, including dimensions, cubes, rules, and processes, to meet client-specific needs.

- Design and implement ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various source systems into TM1.

- Create and maintain documentation for TM1 models, processes, and user guides to ensure knowledge transfer and maintainability.

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing TM1 applications to ensure smooth

operation and user satisfaction.

- Conduct user training sessions to empower clients to effectively utilize TM1 solutions.

- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

- Contribute to the development of best practices and standards for TM1 development and implementation to improve efficiency and quality.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated proficiency in IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) development, including data modeling, rule writing, and process design.

- Proven ability to design and implement ETL processes using tools like DataStage or similar technologies.

- Solid understanding of SQL and relational database concepts, with experience in writing complex queries.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced consulting environment.

- Experience with financial planning and budgeting processes is a plus.
