Requirements :

- Technical Expertise : Proven experience in Software Engineering or Quality Engineering (SDET) with a solid grasp of Computer Science fundamentals.

- Coding Proficiency : Strong command of modern programming languages and tools (e.g., Java, Python, Go, or C#GitHub, Confluence, Jira, Sonar, Signoz / Datadog, LookerStudio, Easybi, and/or relevant frameworks)

- Engineering Best Practices : A deep understanding of system design, test automation frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Cloud Proficiency : Hands-on experience deploying and managing scalable applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

- Problem Solving : A structured approach to solving complex technical problems in a fast-paced environment.

- Collaboration : Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within cross-functional agile teams.

- Market Expertise : Experience navigating the Indonesian market ecosystem, including a strong understanding of local user behavior, business culture, and regulatory landscapes.

- Relevant Industry Experience : A proven track record of building scalable e-commerce solutions. Experience in Customer, Marketplace, or Supply Chain domains is required.

- Work Mode Flexibility : Ability to adapt to Remote (WFH), Hybrid, or In-Office (WFO) working models as business needs evolve. For Senior & Leadership Roles :

- Mentorship : A track record of mentoring engineers, conducting code reviews, and fostering a culture of technical excellence.
