About the role :

Requirements :
- Leadership : Significant experience leading large, distributed teams and managing P&L or departmental budgets at an executive level.
- The Builder Mindset : Proven ability to build products and platforms that scale. You understand the technical complexities of growth and how to navigate them.
- Business Acumen : You possess a strong grasp of business mechanics. You can seamlessly translate technical metrics into board level business insights.
- Influence & EQ : Exceptional stakeholder management skills. You can build consensus with the Board, peers, and cross-functional partners.
- Agility : You thrive in dynamic environments and can pivot strategies quickly based on data and market feedback.
- Market Expertise : Experience navigating the Indonesian market ecosystem, including a strong understanding of local user behavior, business culture, and regulatory landscapes.
- Relevant Industry Experience : A proven track record of building scalable e-commerce solutions. Experience in Customer, Marketplace, or Supply Chain domains is required.
- Work Mode Flexibility : Ability to adapt to Remote (WFH), Hybrid, or In-Office (WFO) working models as business needs evolve.
