About the role :
To support our business expansion, we are seeking IT and Network professionals for our Bangalore and Coimbatore offices.
We are looking for individuals who can maintain the backbone of our operations while adapting to a high-growth environment.

Responsibilities :
- Infrastructure Stability : Design, deploy, and maintain a robust network and IT infrastructure to power our business growth.
- Operational Excellence : Manage end-to-end IT support processes to ensure high system uptime and adherence to engineering standards.
- Security & Quality : Drive excellence by implementing secure network protocols, automated monitoring, and continuous improvement practices.
- Stakeholder Partnership : Collaborate with Engineering and Business teams to translate infrastructure requirements into technical reality.
- Technical Leadership (Senior+) : Mentor junior staff, drive high-level architectural decisions for office/cloud networking, and manage vendor relationships
Requirements :
- Technical Expertise : Proven experience in IT Support or Network Engineering with a solid grasp of Computer Science and networking fundamentals.
- Infrastructure Proficiency : Strong command of networking hardware, firewalls, VPNs, and modern IT management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, and monitoring frameworks).
- Cloud & Hybrid Systems : Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) networking and managing hybrid office/cloud environments.
- Market Expertise : Experience navigating the Indonesian market ecosystem, including a strong understanding of local business culture and regulatory landscapes.
- Relevant Industry Experience : A proven track record within the e-commerce sector.
- Problem Solving : A structured approach to troubleshooting complex technical issues in a fast-paced environment.
Work Mode Flexibility : Ability to adapt to Remote (WFH), Hybrid, or In-Office (WFO) models as business needs evolve.
