Requirements :
- Proven Leadership : A strong track record of either managing high-performing engineering teams OR driving large-scale technical programs to successful delivery.
- Delivery Excellence : You have mastered the art of "getting things done." You can manage complex timelines, mitigate risks, and ensure high-quality output without burning out the team.
- Stakeholder Mastery : Exceptional communication skills with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes, negotiate priorities, and align business goals with engineering reality.
- The "Balancer" : You are skilled at balancing people, process, and technology-knowing when to introduce structure and when to stay flexible.
- Scale & Growth : Experience scaling teams, processes, or platforms in a high-growth environment is a massive plus.
- Market Expertise : Experience navigating the Indonesian market ecosystem, including a strong understanding of local user behavior, business culture, and regulatory landscapes.
- Relevant Industry Experience : A proven track record of building scalable e-commerce solutions. Experience in Customer, Marketplace, or Supply Chain domains is required.
- Work Mode Flexibility : Ability to adapt to Remote (WFH), Hybrid, or In-Office (WFO) working models as business needs evolve.
