Roles Covered :

- Data Analyst / Senior Data Analyst / Data Scientist / Senior Data Scientist

Responsibilities :

- Insights & Strategy : Extract actionable insights from complex datasets to drive business growth and operational efficiency.

- Model Development : Design, develop, and deploy predictive models and machine learning algorithms to solve business problems.

- Data Craftsmanship : Ensure data integrity by building robust data pipelines and maintaining high standards for analytical rigor.

- Cross-Functional Partnership : Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to translate data findings into technical and strategic reality.

- Technical Leadership (Senior+) : Mentor junior analysts/scientists, drive architectural decisions for data platforms, and champion a data-driven culture.

Requirements :

- Technical Expertise : Proven experience in Data Analytics or Data Science with a solid grasp of statistics and Computer Science fundamentals.

- Tool Proficiency : Strong command of Python, R, or SQL, and experience with visualization tools like LookerStudio, Easybi, or Tableau.

- Cloud & Big Data : Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Google BigQuery, as well as managing datasets at scale.

- Market & Industry Expertise : Experience navigating the Indonesian market ecosystem and understanding local user behavior.

- Proven track record in building scalable e-commerce solutions.

- Domain experience in Customer, Marketplace, or Supply Chain is required.

- Problem Solving : A structured approach to solving complex problems in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Work Mode Flexibility :

- Ability to adapt to Remote (WFH), Hybrid, or In-Office (WFO) models.

For Senior Roles :

- Mentorship : A track record of mentoring engineers, conducting code reviews, and fostering a culture of technical excellence.

- System Architecture : Experience designing scalable distributed systems or enterprise-level test strategies.

- Decision Making : Ability to drive technical choices and align engineering efforts with business goals.
