TIBCO Integration Engineer

We are looking for an experienced TIBCO Integration Engineer with 4 - 6 years of hands-on experience in enterprise integration and service integration management. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting integration solutions using TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW) and related technologies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain integration solutions using TIBCO BusinessWorks.

- Develop and support integration services between enterprise applications and external systems.

- Work with APIs, web services, messaging, XML/JSON, and other integration protocols.

- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable integration solutions.

- Perform troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and resolution of integration issues.

- Monitor integration services and ensure high availability and performance.

- Participate in deployment, release management, and production support activities.

- Collaborate with application, infrastructure, QA, and business teams to deliver integration projects.

- Follow integration development standards, security practices, and service management processes.

- Prepare and maintain technical documentation for integration interfaces and services.

Essential Skills :

- 4 - 6 years of experience in TIBCO Integration development.

- Strong hands-on experience with TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW).

- Good understanding of Service Integration Management.

- Experience developing and consuming REST/SOAP web services.

- Strong knowledge of XML, XSD, WSDL, JSON, and data transformation.

- Experience with messaging/integration technologies.

- Good understanding of integration patterns and enterprise application integration.

- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.

- Experience with deployment and production support of TIBCO applications.

Good to Have:

- Experience with TIBCO EMS.

- Knowledge of TIBCO Administrator and deployment/configuration management.

- Exposure to API management and microservices.

- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices.

- Knowledge of databases and SQL.

- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

- Candidates should have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, good communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced integration environment.
