TIBCO BW 6 Team Lead

Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise integration solutions using TIBCO BW5/6.

- Architect and implement messaging solutions using TIBCO EMS and TIBCO Rendezvous (RV).

- Drive integration of Java and .NET applications using TIBCO RV.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and convert them into technical solutions.

- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the development team.

- Ensure adherence to software engineering best practices, coding standards, and quality guidelines.

- Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and technical assessments to ensure high-quality deliverables.

- Manage end-to-end delivery including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.

- Identify risks, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide effective resolutions.

- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with CMMI processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong hands-on experience with TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW5/6), TIBCO EMS, and TIBCO RV.

- Proven experience in integrating Java and .NET applications using TIBCO technologies.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a business-oriented mindset.

- In-depth understanding of software engineering lifecycle, methodologies, and best practices.

- Experience in solution design, architecture, and technical documentation.

- Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns and messaging systems.

- Strong experience in conducting design reviews and enforcing coding standards.

- Knowledge and experience working in CMMI-compliant environments.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

- Exposure to cloud platforms or modern integration tools is a plus.

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities effectively.
