Thryve Digital - Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager with 5+ years of experience to lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles across cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in delivering software or technology-driven projects on time, within scope, and within budget, while ensuring high quality and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects

- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, resource plans, and budgets

- Coordinate internal teams, stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure alignment

- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues proactively

- Use project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project) to track deliverables and timelines

- Conduct regular status meetings, maintain clear project documentation, and ensure stakeholder transparency

- Manage change requests and project scope variations through formal processes

- Ensure adherence to compliance, quality standards, and best practices

- Facilitate retrospectives and continuous process improvements

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5+ years of hands-on project management experience in IT/software development

- Proven experience in leading cross-functional and distributed teams

- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall project management methodologies

- Proficiency in project management tools : Jira, Trello, MS Project, or similar

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

- Familiarity with budgeting, reporting, and resource planning

Preferred / Nice to Have :

- PMP, CSM, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification

- Background in software engineering, SaaS, or digital transformation projects

- Experience working with international clients or teams

- Exposure to DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
