We are seeking a talented and experienced Epic Analyst with strong expertise in modules such as Epic Beaker, Epic Cadence, Epic Cogito, and Epic HIM.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on build experience with Epic master files including Flow Sheets, Care Plans, MAR Configurations, Navigators, Documentation Rules, Work Lists, Department Configurations, and other clinical components.
This role demands strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to assess business needs, configure systems, and deliver optimized healthcare IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Build and maintain Epic master files (e.g., Flow sheets, LDAs, MAR, Patient Education, Navigators, Drips & Infusion groups).
- Conduct testing for build components and RFCs, including Beaker workflows and whitelist updates.
- Support project coordination, tracking, scheduling, and status reporting.
- Collaborate with application and clinical teams to assess requirements and implement system changes.
- Ensure adoption and compliance with change management protocols.
- Monitor release notes and ensure timely testing and system readiness.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues/tickets independently.
- Maintain system integrity and documentation in alignment with organization objectives.
- Participate in stakeholder communications and maintain a performance-oriented culture.
- Deliver on additional tasks as assigned by the Manager or Team Lead.
Required Qualifications :
- Certification or Proficiency in at least one Epic module is required.
- Solid understanding of module integrations within the Epic ecosystem.
- Prior experience with Epic ClinDoc build and configurations preferred.
- Strong knowledge of clinical and hospital information systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team setting.
- Familiarity with BCA configurations and workflows is a plus.
Desirable Traits :
- Proactive and self-driven with minimal supervision required.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Willingness to support after-hours or weekend implementations when necessary.
- Experience in healthcare IT domain preferred
