Role : Data Scientist.

Experience : 5 to 9 years.

Responsibilities :

- Spearhead research and experimentation with cutting-edge Generative AI techniques to develop innovative enhancements for AI products within the team, pushing the boundaries of its capabilities.

- Own the development and maintenance of a comprehensive suite of data analytics dashboards that provide real-time visibility into the performance of the AI product portfolio, influencing key strategic decisions.

- Uncover hidden opportunities within vast datasets by applying advanced analytical techniques, driving data-informed decision-making across the portfolio products.

- Serve as a key bridge between data science and product development, translating complex findings into clear, concise, and actionable product requirements.

- Architect, implement, and optimize intelligent features that power AI products that directly impacting user experience and business outcome.

Skills :

- Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field with a strong foundation in AI/ML principles.

- 5-8 years of experience in data science, software engineering, or a related technical field.

- Proficiency in Python, with 3+ years of experience using relevant libraries for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization (e.g., pandas, scikit-learn, matplotlib, seaborn).

- Strong SQL skills with 2+ years of experience in querying and manipulating large datasets from relational databases (e.g., BigQuery, MySQL).

- Experience developing and deploying interactive data visualizations and dashboards using tools like Tableau or PowerBI (2+ years preferred).

- Proven experience with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure.

- Demonstrated experience in applying data science methodologies to solve real-world business problems (3+ years).

- Strong interest in applied research and development, and a passion for exploring new concepts and contributing to the advancement of AI and Generative AI within the healthcare technology sector.

- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical findings to business stakeholders.
