Thryve Digital - AI Engineer - Data Modeling

We are seeking a skilled and motivated AI Engineer to join our growing team.

As a Mid-Level AI Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML models and Proof-of-Concept (PoC) applications.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to bring innovative AI solutions into production using cutting-edge tools and platforms, with a focus on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Vertex AI.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement robust AI/ML models and algorithms.

- Build Proof-of-Concept (PoC) applications to validate AI use cases and demonstrate feasibility.

- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable Python code with proper documentation.

- Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data readiness and quality for modeling tasks.

- Work with senior engineers to gather project requirements and contribute to architecture and solution design.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize AI/ML models and pipelines.

- Stay current with the latest AI/ML research, technologies, and industry trends.

- Use ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn for model development and training.

- Develop and deploy AI solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

- Implement data preprocessing and feature engineering using NumPy, Pandas, and other Python libraries.

- Use Vertex AI for end-to-end ML lifecycle management - training, deployment, monitoring.

- Integrate Google Gemini for advanced AI capabilities where applicable.

Required Qualifications :

- 4+ years of hands-on experience in developing AI/ML solutions.

- Proficient in Python with strong understanding of ML libraries and tools.

- Experience in building models using TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.

- Sound knowledge of machine learning algorithms, model evaluation, and performance

tuning.

- Good understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model validation

techniques.

- Experience working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Vertex AI is preferred.

- Exposure to Google Gemini or other generative AI tools is a plus.

- Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and team collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Familiarity with MLOps principles and CI/CD pipelines for ML.

- Experience working in Agile environments and using tools like Jira, Git, etc
