Role Technical Program Lead (SAP)

Role Overview :

We are looking for a results-driven Technical Program Lead to drive end-to-end delivery of SAP-based solutions. This role requires strong SAP technical expertise, leadership experience, and the ability to work closely with enterprise clients and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead technical program execution for SAP product development across multiple workstreams

- Collaborate with product, architecture, and delivery teams to define scope, milestones, and deliverables

- Drive solution design and implementation using SAP ABAP full-stack technologies

- Manage client interactions ensuring clarity in requirements, milestone approvals, and proactive communication

- Enable Agile and DevOps practices within SAP environments

- Oversee integration with SAP modules and external systems ensuring scalability and compliance

- Mentor development teams, conduct code reviews, and ensure technical quality

- Drive continuous improvement in processes, automation, and engineering practices

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 10+ years of experience in SAP product/custom development

- 5+ years in technical/program leadership roles

Strong expertise in :

- Core ABAP

- ABAP on HANA

- CDS Views

- BOPF

- Web Dynpro

- SAP UI5 / Fiori

- OData & Gateway Services

- Experience managing large-scale SAP programs with multiple stakeholders

- Strong understanding of SAP integrations and modern interface frameworks

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

Familiarity with :

- Agile methodologies

- CI/CD pipelines

- SAP Cloud Platform (BTP) preferred
