Description :

We are seeking an experienced Kinaxis Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of advanced supply chain planning solutions using Kinaxis RapidResponse.

The ideal candidate will play a critical role in architecting scalable, high-performance solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving digital transformation initiatives for global clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end solution architecting and design for Kinaxis RapidResponse implementations

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand supply chain requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions

- Define solution architecture, data models, and integration frameworks within the Kinaxis ecosystem

- Drive solutioning strategies aligned with business objectives and industry best practices

- Oversee configuration, customization, and deployment of Kinaxis RapidResponse modules

- Ensure seamless integration with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and other enterprise applications

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development and functional teams

- Conduct design reviews, performance optimization, and solution governance

- Support pre-sales activities including solution design, estimations, and client presentations

- Stay updated with the latest Kinaxis features and supply chain innovations

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong experience in Kinaxis RapidResponse implementation and architecture

- Expertise in Solution Architecting and Solutioning for complex enterprise systems

- Deep understanding of supply chain planning processes (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, Inventory Optimization)

- Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and system integrations

- Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP/APO, SAP IBP, Oracle SCM

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

- Excellent communication and client-facing abilities

Preferred Skills :

- Kinaxis RapidResponse

- Solution Architecting

- Solutioning

Good to Have :

- Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)

- Exposure to Agile / Scrum methodologies

- Certification in Kinaxis RapidResponse (preferred)
