Role Overview :

Were looking for a thoughtful and execution-focused Product Designer who is excited about designing modern AI-powered B2B products and enterprise workflows.

This role is ideal for someone with 1 - 4 years of experience building digital products, with a strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, interaction design, visual craft and problem-solving ability.

Youll work closely with product managers, engineers, AI/ML teams and senior stakeholders to design intuitive, scalable and high-quality product experiences across AI-native and enterprise SaaS platforms.

We value clarity of thinking, strong product and visual design fundamentals, systems thinking, collaboration, and the ability to work effectively in fast-moving environments.

What Youll Do :

- Design end-to-end user experiences for web and mobile applications across AI-native and enterprise SaaS products.

- Translate complex workflows including AI configuration, agent setup, analytics, and operational flows into intuitive and easy-to-use experiences.

- Create user flows, wireframes, journey maps, prototypes, and polished UI designs that balance user needs, business goals and technical constraints.

- Bring strong visual and interaction design sensibilities with attention to usability, typography, hierarchy, motion, micro-interactions and overall product quality.

- Design for multiple user personas including admins, operators, managers, and end users, while considering role-based and multi-tenant SaaS experiences.

- Help evolve and scale design systems to ensure consistency across products, workflows, and platforms.

- Actively leverage modern AI tools to research ideas, accelerate workflows, and build rapid prototypes for new product initiatives.

- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, AI/ML, and design teams to translate complex workflows into intuitive product experiences.

- Conduct and contribute to user research, usability testing, feedback sessions, and product discovery discussions to identify usability gaps and workflow friction points.

- Use product insights, client feedback, and usage patterns to iterate on experiences and support data-informed product decisions.

- Drive design handoff and collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure high-quality implementation across products.

AI-Native Expectations :

Were especially interested in designers who are actively exploring how AI is changing product workflows, interfaces, and user behavior.

You dont need deep AI expertise, but you should :

- Be comfortable using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, v0, or similar platforms in your workflow

- Understand emerging AI interaction patterns and AI-assisted user experiences

- Be curious about rapid prototyping, AI-native workflows and conversational interfaces

- Be excited about designing products powered by AI systems and automation

Tools & Skills :

- Strong working knowledge of Figma

- Familiarity with prototyping, interaction design and scalable design systems

- Understanding of responsive design and modern interaction patterns

- Awareness of frontend implementation constraints and developer handoff best practices
