About the Role :

We are looking for an Agentic AI / GenAI Engineer to design, build, and deploy intelligent, autonomous AI systems powered by Large Language Models (LLMs). The role involves working on real-world, production-grade AI agents that can reason, plan, use tools, and collaborate across systems.

This is a hands-on engineering role for candidates who have actually built AI agents, not just experimented with prompts.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop agentic AI systems using LLMs capable of reasoning, planning, and decision-making

- Build multi-agent workflows for task execution and automation

- Integrate LLMs with internal and external tools using APIs and function calling

- Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases

- Optimize prompts, memory, and context management for long-running agents

- Develop backend services to support AI-driven workflows

- Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of AI systems in production

- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver end-to-end AI solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 3+ years of experience in software engineering / AI engineering

- Strong proficiency in Python

- Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, etc.)

- Experience building Agentic AI / GenAI systems

- Familiarity with agent frameworks such as :

1. LangChain

2. AutoGen

3. CrewAI (or similar)

- Strong understanding of prompt engineering, tool calling, and agent memory

- Experience with REST APIs and backend integration

- Knowledge of vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma, etc.)

Good to Have (Plus Points) :

- Experience deploying AI systems in production environments

- Familiarity with Docker and cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)

- Experience with asynchronous processing and background jobs

- Knowledge of monitoring and logging AI workflows

- Exposure to real-time or event-driven systems
