We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer. You will be responsible for architecting and developing end to end delivery of one or more products while collaborating effectively with across teams.

You will be joining a talented, collaborative team who is very passionate about solving this massive problem. Based on your experience you may be leading a small team of Engineers.

Tech Stack (Backend) : Django, Python 3.x, LLD,HLD,Postgres,Mongo, Redis, Elasticsearch, AWS, GCP, Flask.

Job Description/ Responsibilities :

- Good OO design skills and understanding of different System Design patterns.

- Expert knowledge of computer science, with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms, and software design.

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in backend development and infrastructure architecture with ability to handle the entire API design and development.

- Experience designing highly interactive web applications with performance, scalability, accessibility, usability, design, and security in mind. If you don't have all of these, that's ok, but be excited about learning the few you don't know.

- Raise the bar on sustainable engineering by improving best practices, producing best in class of code, documentation, testing and monitoring.

- Experience with distributed (multi-tiered) systems, algorithms, and relational and no-sql databases.

- Experience with AWS/GCP is required.

- Experience with architectural trade-offs, applying synchronous and asynchronous design patterns, and delivering with speed while maintaining quality.

- Bonus : Technical soundness on ML/AI would be a great plus.
