Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced SAP BODS Senior Consultant with strong expertise in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services (BODS) and end-to-end SAP Data Migration, preferably across S/4HANA migration projects.

Total Experience : 8-13 years

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with SAP migration tools such as LTMC, LTMOM, and/or SAP DMC (Migration Cockpit), along with strong knowledge of SAP functional data objects, data extraction and loading techniques, SQL/PL-SQL, data validation, reconciliation, and migration troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities :

SAP Data Migration :

- Lead and execute end-to-end SAP data migration activities using SAP BODS and other migration tools.

- Design and implement data migration strategies for S/4HANA migration and implementation projects.

- Extract, transform, cleanse, validate, and load data from SAP and non-SAP source systems.

- Handle both Master Data and Transactional Data migration activities.

- Perform pre-load and post-load validation, reconciliation, and data quality checks.

SAP Migration Tools & Techniques :

- Work hands-on with LTMC, LTMOM, and/or SAP DMC (Migration Cockpit).

- Utilize various SAP data-loading techniques, including IDocs, BAPIs, LSMW, and SAP Migration Cockpit.

Functional Data Migration :

- Demonstrate good understanding of migration objects across FI/CO, MM, SD, PP/PM.

- Coordinate with functional consultants to understand migration objects, business rules, transformation requirements, and data dependencies.

SQL & Data Validation :

- Use SQL/PL-SQL extensively for data extraction, validation, reconciliation, and analysis.

- Develop queries and scripts for data comparison and validation between source and target systems.

Implementation & Delivery :

- Participate in at least 3 full-cycle SAP implementations.

- Support mock migration cycles, cutover activities, and final data loads.

Stakeholder Management & Team Leadership :

- Work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, technical teams, and project leadership.

- Mentor and guide junior resources on SAP BODS and data migration processes.
