We are looking for an experienced Presales Practice Head with a strong SAP Functional background, specifically in SAP FICO and SAP Public Cloud implementations. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in SAP Practice Management, Presales, Solutioning, Client Engagement, and Delivery Governance.

The candidate will be responsible for driving presales initiatives, managing customer engagements, supporting business growth, and leading SAP practice strategy initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead SAP Presales and Practice Management activities across multiple engagements.

- Work closely with sales teams to drive business growth and customer acquisition.

- Provide solutioning and estimation support for SAP opportunities.

- Engage with clients to understand business requirements and propose SAP-based solutions.

- Lead RFP/RFI responses, proposal creation, and client presentations.

- Drive SAP Public Cloud consulting and transformation initiatives.

- Manage stakeholder relationships and act as a trusted advisor to clients.

- Support delivery governance and ensure alignment between presales and project execution teams.

- Mentor and guide SAP consulting teams across functional areas.

- Contribute to SAP practice development, capability building, and go-to-market strategies.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 20+ years of overall experience in SAP.

- Strong SAP Functional expertise with an FICO background.

- Hands-on experience in SAP Public Cloud projects.

- Proven experience as a Practice Manager / Presales Head in SAP engagements.

- Strong exposure to presales activities, solutioning, and client management.

- Experience in handling large enterprise customers and transformation programs.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives.

Preferred Skills :

- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations.

- Experience in business development and account management.

- Knowledge of SAP delivery and AMS models.

- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
