Roles & Responsibilities :

What you'll do :

- Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise solutions on the Unqork platform.

- Own technical architecture and best practices across projects.

- Mentor and manage a team of Unqork developers.

- Partner with clients and stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable configurations.

- Drive delivery timelines, code quality, and platform standards.

Ideal Candidate :

Profile :

- Strong Unqork Team Lead Profile with hands-on platform expertise and team leadership.

Mandatory Experience :

- Must have 7+ years of experience, with at least the recent 3+ years of proven hands-on experience on the Unqork platform.

- Must have experience leading the design, development, and delivery of enterprise solutions on the Unqork platform.

- Must have prior experience leading or mentoring a development team.

- Must have experience owning technical architecture and best practices across projects.

- Must have experience partnering with clients and stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable configurations.

- Must have experience driving delivery timelines, code quality, and platform standards.

Mandatory Skills & Requirements :

- Tech skill : Must have a strong grasp of enterprise application design, APIs, and integrations.

- Communication : Must have excellent stakeholder communication skills.

- Company : B2B Tech consulting, B2B Tech services, or AI Tech consulting companies.

- Education : B.Tech, BE, or M.Sc Computer science.

- Note : Candidate should be willing to work during EST shift (9.30 PM - 6.30 AM) if needed as the client is based in US and they have US clients.

Preferred :

- Certification : Active Unqork certification is a strong plus.
