The Math Company is looking for a Data Science Delivery Lead to drive impactful, enterprise-scale analytics solutions for global clients. If youre a leader with a strong background in data science and project delivery, and love solving real business problems wed love to meet you!

What Youll Do :

- Lead end-to-end delivery of data science and ML projects for Fortune 500 clients.

- Work closely with clients to understand business goals, define roadmaps, and deliver measurable impact.

- Mentor and manage high-performing analytics teams, ensuring quality and timely outcomes.

- Bring structure and strategy to project planning, stakeholder management, and client communication.

- Translate insights into actionable stories and drive solution adoption at the C-suite level.

What You Need to Bring :

- 10 to 18 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, and Project Delivery.

- Strong grasp of Python, SQL, and ML concepts (enough to guide teams, even if not hands-on).

- Solid understanding of project management practices and business KPIs.

- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple client-facing projects.

- Excellent communication, storyboarding, and stakeholder engagement skills.
