About The Role :

We are seeking a highly driven Technical Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale community platform engagement across Phase 1A (Day 130) and Phase 1B (Day 3190).

This role will be responsible for driving sprint planning, managing cross-functional dependencies across Flutter, backend, Firebase, and DevOps teams, and acting as the primary point of contact for client communication and milestone reporting.

Key Responsibilities :

- Own sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives across a 13-member cross-functional team (Flutter, Backend, Firebase, DevOps, QA, ORM Ops)

- Drive Phase 1A go-live (Day 30) by proactively tracking blockers, identifying risks, and escalating with actionable solutions

- Maintain JIRA boards with real-time updates on ticket status, sprint velocity, and burndown metrics

- Prepare and share weekly status reports with client stakeholders

- Define and enforce API contract timelines between Flutter and backend teams to prevent integration delays

- Manage scope change requests by evaluating technical impact, negotiating trade-offs, and communicating effectively with stakeholders

- Coordinate key milestones including Play Store submission, ORM dashboard go-live, and CRM activation

- Conduct sprint-level risk assessments and maintain a live risk register with mitigation plans and owners

- Oversee QA sign-off processes and coordinate UAT sessions with clients to ensure acceptance criteria are met

- Ensure all documentation (SOW, sprint plans, API contracts, release notes) is consistently updated and accessible

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 6 to 8 years of experience in technical project or delivery management (mobile apps or SaaS products)

- Strong expertise in JIRA, Confluence, and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)

- Working knowledge of Flutter development lifecycle, backend APIs, Firebase, and CI/CD pipelines

- Excellent client-facing communication skills with the ability to manage expectations and present to senior stakeholders

- Proven experience managing strict delivery timelines with cross-functional teams (8+ members)

Disqualification Criteria (No-Go) :

- Less than 6 years of relevant experience in project/delivery management

- Candidates with pure business/project management background lacking technical understanding

- No prior experience in client-facing roles or managing strict delivery deadlines
