Test Management Consultant - Regression/Integration Testing

Job Summary :

We are looking for a skilled Test Management Consultant with 46 years of experience in managing end-to-end testing activities across projects. The candidate should have strong experience in test planning, execution management, defect tracking, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring quality deliverables within timelines.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and manage end-to-end Test Strategy and Test Plans.

- Coordinate SIT, UAT, Regression, and Integration testing cycles.

- Prepare effort estimation, test schedules, and resource planning.

- Manage test case design, execution, and reporting.

- Track and manage defects using test management tools.

- Conduct test status meetings and publish daily/weekly dashboards.

- Collaborate with Business, Development, and Support teams.

- Ensure quality metrics and process compliance.

- Identify risks and mitigation plans during project lifecycle.

Required Skills :

- Strong knowledge of STLC & SDLC methodologies.

- Hands-on experience with test management tools like :

- Jira

- HP ALM

- Azure DevOps

- Experience in Agile / Scrum environments.

- Strong defect lifecycle management experience.

- Experience in Functional, Regression, Integration & UAT testing.

- Good understanding of Automation testing coordination.

- Experience in reporting KPIs and quality metrics.

Good to Have :

- Experience in SAP / ERP testing projects.

- Exposure to Automation tools (Selenium, Tosca, etc.).

- Knowledge of API testing.

- Experience in client-facing roles.
