Test Lead - Manual & Automation Testing

- Job Type : 1-year renewable contract(long term).

- Work Location : Chennai ( Work from Office ).

- Test Lead ( Manual+Automation).

Summary :

- We are seeking an experienced and proactive Test Lead to join our offshore team.

- The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of the banking domain, and expertise in both manual and automation testing.

- The Test Lead will be responsible for end-to-end test management, issue tracking, diligent follow-ups, management reporting, and effective team and stakeholder management.

Job Requirement :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- 6+ years of experience in software testing, including at least 2 years in a test lead or similar role.

- Strong knowledge of banking and financial services domain (mandatory).

- Proficiency in manual and automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, QTP, JMeter, etc.).

- Experience in issue tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).

- To track issues closely and follow up diligently until resolution.

- Proven experience in team management, people management, and stakeholder management.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Experience working with Japanese clients are Plus.

Preferred Skills :

- ISTQB/ CSTE or equivalent certification.

- Experience working with Japanese clients or in Japanese business environments.
