Job Description :

We are looking for a Test Engineer with strong SAP SuccessFactors experience to support functional and integration testing across SAP projects. The ideal candidate should have strong testing fundamentals, experience working in Agile environments, and the ability to collaborate directly with clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Perform Functional, Integration, Regression, and End-to-End testing for SAP SuccessFactors.

- Develop and execute test scenarios, test cases, and test plans.

- Follow established testing processes and ensure quality standards are met.

- Track defects, testing progress, and deliverables using tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps (ADO), qTest, or similar platforms.

- Prepare and maintain testing status reports and communicate project progress.

- Work closely with clients, business teams, developers, and functional consultants to understand requirements and resolve issues.

- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint-level testing activities.

- Quickly understand new functionalities and adapt testing approaches accordingly.

- Present testing updates and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Requirements :

- 5 - 8 years of experience in software testing with SAP SuccessFactors experience.

- Strong understanding of Functional, Integration, Regression, and End-to-End testing concepts.

- Experience working directly with clients in an Agile/Scrum environment.

- Hands-on experience with project/test management tools such as JIRA, ADO, qTest, or similar.

- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
